Limited funding is available for meeting expenses. Applications will be considered on a case by case basis but will be considered in the order they are received, so please apply early to avoid disappointment. Students and researchers at the beginning of their careers are particularly encouraged to apply.

You may pay on arrival at the meeting in January.

Registration Package

There will be no registration fee for those with a University of Oxford ID card who register before Friday 20th November. From that date a registration fee will apply to all. The fee will apply to non-card holders regardless of the date. The registration fees are £50 for the whole meeting, or £20 for Wednesday, £20 for Thursday, and £10 for Friday if you are only attending part of the meeting.

Please note that the meals included in the registration package must be booked in advance as we will only order the number of lunches requested.

Registration closes on Friday 18th December.

Accommodation at St Anne’s College

Accommodation costs £72.72 per night for ensuite rooms and £42.70 for standard rooms. All room bookings can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the meeting but after that will need to be paid in full. Standard rooms all contain washbasins, with shower/bath facilities shared between four rooms. More information can be found on the St Anne’s College accommodation page. Dinner at St Anne’s College

A cold fork buffet will be available on Tuesday 5th January between 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm at a cost of £16.58; please indicate if you would like to reserve a place.
