OCIAM triumphs against DAMTP to win the woolly owl at the biennial Oxbridge applied maths meeting. (June 2005)

OCIAM rejoices as their young researchers beat those from DAMTP at the biennial Oxbridge applied maths meeting. This event has taken place biennially since 1983. Twenty minute talks are given by young researchers. They are judged by two distinguished academics from other institutions who award the winning university the coveted woolly owl.
