John Allen elevated to IEEE Fellow

Congratulations to John allen for being elevated to Institute of Electrictical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Fellow, effective 1 January 2010, for his contributions to high current radio frequency discharges, sheat and wave phenomena, and electronegative and dusty plasmas.
