DPhil.

OCIAM takes on 5-10 new students to read for the DPhil. each year. Our contacts with industry and other departments constantly generate new problems and we are always willing to discuss possible research topics with prospective graduate students. Browsing the research pages of this site will give an idea of the varied interests of people at OCIAM.

All courses start in October. Applications should aim to be sent early in the same calendar year. Where possible, applicants for graduate studies will be interviewed by appropriate faculty members (usually during March and April).
